Everything was good, including really kind staff. The hotel was in an amazing location, on the sea front. We tried delicious pizza and crisps in the pizza bar.

The location was fantastic and the staff were lovely friendly. Actually, the room was pet-friendly with the extra children's bed.

The breakfast was satisfactory with a wide array of food and complimentary drinks. Quiet and bright room, besides I had a good view over the green and slight sea view. As for me, the location was marvellous, near Sea Life Centre and pubs/restaurants as well as Gullivers to the New Steine. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Brighton Beach.

Excellent value place for celebrating birthday and attentive and knowledgeable staff. Beautifully maintained unit with fab atmosphere. Lovely, unbeatable location by the sea. And very close to a park and a stone's throw and Gullivers to the New Steine, the sister BB down the road.

Quirky, 3-star hotel with superfriendly staff and great wifi. Nicely decorated, spotless rooms and pretty nice amenities. Magnificent location close to the waterfront, in the fairly nice area.

There were a TV set, a chair, and air conditioning in the room, enjoyed that. The view of the sea was absolutely fabulous. The location for Brighton was good, right by supermarkets and the seafront. We found nice Cafe Zio nearby with hot beverages.

Self check-in, generally very good service. Immaculate rooms and a nice size with a double bed, the bedroom, for example. Extra care from the attentive staff. Excellent and unbeatable location in a downtown area close to the main attractions like the Pavilion, the sister BB down the road, and very easy to get into the centre.

Our room was immaculate and fabulous with the bedroom, the extra children's, for instance, just what we needed. The hotel had a very central location and it was next door to Sea Life Brighton Aquarium.
